Warranty & Repair Policy

We offer complimentary rewelds for:

* All Alice & Chains pieces

Jewelry not purchased through Alice & Chains may be rewelded for $10.

If your chain is lost within:

*7 days: complimentary replacement of the same chain style once.

* 30 days: replacement at 50% off of the current pricing

*60 days: replacement at 25% off of the current pricing

After 60 days replacements are treated as a new purchase.

Gold-filled, sterling silver, stainless steel and solid gold all wear differently depending on:

Natural wear and tarnishing over time is not considered a defect.

Due to the high value of solid gold jewelry, lost solid gold chains are not eligible for complimentary replacement.

Repairs and rewelds are happily offered when possible, however current pricing will apply to lost pieces.

Permanent jewelry is delicate fine jewelry and can break due to:
